- Conduct outbound prospecting activities and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for our products or service.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, manage them through the sales cycle and updating CRM records accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with executives to strategize and coordinate outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and objectives.
- Research target accounts and industries to identify key decision-makers and influencers, tailoring messaging and positioning accordingly.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide accurate reports on lead generation activities and pipeline status.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in sales in a B2B environment is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
