At this step, you will speak with our talent acquisition specialist via a video call. We would like to know more about your experience and tell you more about keylight. If your profile is a right fit, we will reach out to schedule the next interview round. If we decide not to proceed with your profile, we will inform you via a phone call together with feedback from our conversation.

  30 Minutes

The hiring manager is a team member who has experience in your skillset. In this call, you will be asked questions that are related to your field of expertise. This will also be the step where work expectations are discussed. If we are a right fit, the next interview round will be scheduled. If we decide not to proceed with your profile, we will reach out for an overall feedback call.

   45 Minutes

At this step, you will meet with 2 colleagues and get to know the people you will be working with. The conversation topics could be anything that is important for you to know about before joining keylight, e.g. team culture, work styles, challenges, expectations, or hobbies of your teammates.

  30 Minutes

This is the step where our talent acquisition specialist will present you an offer. If the offer is accepted, we will start to prepare for your onboarding process. Your first weeks with us will be eventful!

  15 Minutes
