We keep it simple to meet the real you
At this step, you will speak with our talent acquisition expert via a video call. We would like to know more about your experience and expectations. If your profile is a right fit, we will send you a task designed by hiring managers to understand your way of thinking. If we decide not to proceed with your profile, we will inform you via email together with feedback from our conversation.
Talent Acquisition Manager 30 Minutes
The hiring managers are 2 of the team members who have experience in your skillset. After they have reviewed your task, we will come back with a video call to provide feedback. This will also be the step where you can ask more questions about your role, and get to know the people that you will be working with. If we decide not to proceed with your profile, we will reach out for an overall feedback call.
Hiring Managers 45 Minutes
At this step, you will be the moderator of a video conversation with everyone on your team. The topics could be anything that is important for you to know about before you join keylight, e.g. team culture, work styles, challenges, expectations, or hobbies of your teammates. If we decide not to proceed with your profile, we will reach out for an overall feedback call.
You 30 Minutes
This would be the step for you to ask in-depth questions about our product, or simply to understand the past and future of keylight. After this call, we will start to prepare for your onboarding process. Your first weeks with us will be eventful!
