We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on creating and scaling digital campaigns that convert.
Role overview
In this role, you’ll focus on driving demand and generating qualified pipelines across the EU and U.S. markets, helping us reach the next stage of growth. You will take ownership of account-based marketing strategy and campaign execution end-to-end, helping us accelerate demand generation and drive pipeline growth. Your role will focus on paid digital channels and scalable inbound programs. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team, Sales, and the senior leadership aligning your efforts with company-wide revenue goals and ensuring a seamless flow from campaign to conversion.
Key responsibilities
Campaign Ownership

Own, plan, and execute highly targeted, account-based, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and email marketing tools.
- Drive campaign asset production such as landing pages, long and short-form content, digital events, and other interactive materials to increase engagement.
- Monitor campaign budgets with a performance mindset, optimizing conversion rate, CPL, and CAC.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B tests and drive conversion rate optimization.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Work with marketing and content teams to develop high-performing creative demand generation campaign assets tailored to our ICP in enterprise SaaS.
- Translate buyer psychology and funnel stages into compelling content formats and messaging.
- Identification of trends and new opportunities in B2B SaaS marketing to evolve our strategies.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in performance or account-based marketing, especially in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
- Native-level German or C1 proficiency is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to design and scale digital campaigns in the EU with exposure to or familiarity with U.S. market behavior.
- Deep understanding of digital channel performance dynamics: organic, paid social, retargeting, and funnel conversion.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to translate insights into decisive action.
- Experience in lead qualification feedback loops, MQL/SQL alignment, and lead handoff processes.
