What is the difference between prospective events and scheduled events?
Prospective events are genuine events that live in keylight before they are executed. They are dynamically updated based on customer subscription data, automation rules and additional user interactions.
Data generated by scheduled jobs is not present in the business system and can't be analyzed until those jobs are executed. This data provides information on basic batch actions, but users cannot access the business outcome until these events are carried out.
Does the prospective business engine use generative AI?
No. The Prospective Business Engine relies on advanced mathematical methods to quantify and consolidate abstract data into insights that accurately depict both past performance and future projections, allowing businesses to respond to complex subscription activities at any given time.
