Role overview

In this role, you will own the account-based marketing strategy and lead end-to-end campaign execution across the EU and U.S. markets. You will drive demand and pipeline growth with targeted organic and paid digital campaigns, while designing account-level and MQL touchpoints that nurture prospects into SQLs. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership to align with company-wide revenue goals and ensure a seamless journey from first campaign interaction to qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership

  • Own, plan, and execute targeted, account-based, multi-channel campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn and email.

  • Design account touchpoints across the funnel, shaping content formats and messaging to move prospects from awareness to SQL.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create high-performing assets tailored to keylight’s ICP and enterprise SaaS buyer personas.
  • Drive production of campaign assets including landing pages, long- and short-form content, digital events, and interactive materials for both organic and paid programs.

Performance Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs, monitor budgets and performance metrics, optimize campaigns for efficiency, and report results to senior executives.
  • Identify trends and new opportunities in B2B SaaS marketing to evolve strategies and improve results.
Account-Based Marketing Manager

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Native-level German or C1 proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing ABM strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth in the EU, with exposure to or familiarity with the U.S. market.
  • Strong proficiency with ABM tools, marketing automation platforms, and multi-touch attribution reporting.
  • Experience with lead qualification feedback loops, MQL/SQL alignment, and lead handoff processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics, measuring campaign effectiveness and making data-driven decisions. Experience with performance marketing is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
