Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities and engage in social selling to generate new opportunities.
  • Research and stay on top of industry trends to identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and deliver tailored messaging and positioning.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, manage them through the sales cycle, and update CRM records according to sales guidelines.
  • Utilize existing sales tools to engage prospects while following established processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve communication techniques and product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate reports on lead generation activities and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate closely with executives and the team to refine guidelines, execute campaigns, develop new sales tools based on prospect feedback and market insights, and strategize outreach efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Business Development Representative

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on sales. Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and familiar with CRM and productivity software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a balanced level of energy, enthusiasm, and persistence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
