- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead content planning and editorial calendar management, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all channels.
- Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to understand user needs, preferences, and behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, design, and product, to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Define and maintain brand voice, tone, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all content touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content strategy, incorporating new techniques into our content planning and execution.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles in a digital or online environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable content plans.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
